Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC has been awarded the full-service property management of a nine-building industrial portfolio in the West Palm Beach, FL MSA. The buildings are located in the Town of Mangonia Park, 5 miles north of Downtown West Palm Beach, between Interstate 95 and the barrier island community of Singer Island.

The portfolio totals 155,000 SF and consists of a mix of high-bay and small-bay industrial buildings leased to local operators serving a variety of industries. We are excited to implement our pro-active, institutional practices to assist our client in their value-add strategy.
