Continental Capital Partners hired CCP in July of 2015 to manage a 483,372 RSF portfolio in Nashville. As a result of effective and profitable management, CCP was awarded Continental’s entire portfolio from their existing management in the fall of 2016. The
portfolio was spread between Virginia Beach, VA, Charlotte, NC and Raleigh, NC.

Since that time, Continental has acquired and signed over management of several new properties in various states to CCP, as outlined below. The portfolio totals 3,646,933 RSF and includes a range of property types: office, office/flex, true flex, and industrial. Under our management, the effects of several known and unknown vacates have been mitigated and the stabilization of all assets are
in the process of being or have been achieved.

As an asset and property management group, CCP is well-versed in executing both value-add and income-driven investment plans.
