Commonwealth Commercial Partners is very excited to announce the successful onboarding of a new 750K sq. ft. plus portfolio on behalf of Medalist REIT. Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. (MDRR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that is publicly traded on Nasdaq. Medalist owns seven properties, consisting of four neighborhood retail centers and three flex warehouse properties, located in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

We are very excited to take on this new opportunity to manage such a diverse portfolio across multiple markets. With our wide footprint and systemized transition process, we can seamlessly integrate our management services across the country regardless of the asset type, portfolio size or time frame. We have a dedicated team including property managers, accountants, lease administrators, financial analysts, and asset managers in place to ensure that all management transitions are seamless for our tenants, vendors, and clients.
