CCP Awarded Property Management of Stony Run Commons

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC has been awarded the full-service property management contract for Stony Run Commons, located at Washington Highway and Sliding Hill Road in Glen Allen, VA.

Stony Run Commons, which is currently under construction, will include several parcels over 22 acres to include retail, office, hotel, and grocery tenants. Tenants include 7 Eleven, Advance Auto Parts, Bank of America, Stein Investment, Aldi, and Hyatt Hotel
