This Class A, fully leased retail center spans 7,440 square feet and is strategically located at 1744 Sentinel Drive, serving as the gateway to a 254,000 SF retail center anchored by Kroger Marketplace, Dick’s Sporting Goods, HomeGoods, and other national retailers.

This assignment marks our first retail center in the Chesapeake area, reinforcing our continued growth in the Hampton Roads market. We look forward to delivering best-in-class property management and enhancing the success of Greenbrier Square.
