Richmond, Virginia – November 1, 2024

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Liz Gray will be joining our Sales & Leasing (Brokerage) team as a Senior Associate in our Retail division. Liz comes to us from University Property, a real estate investment and management company, where she managed day-to-day operations of a large multifamily real estate portfolio and negotiated commercial leases and renewals with tenants, among other duties. She also assisted with property acquisitions. Prior to that, Liz worked at CoStar Group in client relationship and research roles. Liz is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina.
