• Valley Landscaping, Inc. leased 3,000 SF at 2312-B Commerce Center Drive in Goochland County.  Colton Konvicka and Ben Bruni represented the Tenant.
• Stanley Martin Companies, LLC purchased 2.27 acres at 1500 W. Moore Street in the City of Richmond from 1500 W. Moore Street, L.C. for $4,000,000.  Ben Bruni and Ryan Fanelli represented the Seller.
