• Stratford Professional Offices, LLC purchased an 8,030 SF office building at 6740 Forest Hill Avenue from Stratford Professional Bldg Inc. for $815,000.  Ben Bruni represented the Purchaser and Eric Hammond and Tucker Dowdy represented the Seller.
