• DCP New Hire – Thomas McFadden                                                                                                                           DCP is excited to welcome to the team our newest Assistant Project Manager, Thomas McFadden. Thomas brings five years of civil design engineering experience in: large industrial development, multi-phased residential subdivisions, retail development and renewable energy development.
• DCP New Hire – Garrett Hauser                                                                                                                            DCP is excited to welcome Garrett Hauser to the team as a Project Manager. Garrett brings five years of construction experience, including project types such as: high end office renovations, commercial and multifamily historical renovations, ground-up retail and hospitality, and concrete tilt-up. Additionally, he brings experience in high voltage and data center construction.

• New Hire – Marian Kiernan                                                                                                                                       Marian Kiernan joined CCP as Property Accounting Controller on January 3rd.  She comes to us with over a decade of experience in public accounting, specializing in taxes at Keiter CPA.
