On June 1st we welcomed Matt Baumgarten as the new Managing Director of Comprehensive Development Strategies (CDS). Matt brings 23 years of progressive real estate development and construction project management experience to the company and will provide the executive level day-to-day management and business development for CDS. He will be located in our Hampton Roads office with Gresh Wall.
