CCP – Tampa has been awarded the property management of Center Point Business Park in Tampa, FL. This 150,000 square foot project is well located in Tampa’s East Side submarket near the intersection of State Road 60 and U.S. Highway 301. The property consists of five single-story office/flex buildings and is currently 91% leased to tenants including the Florida Lottery, Daikin America, 3M Medical Solutions, Iteris and Command Control Logistics.  Boston-based Albany Road acquired the property from an affiliate of Birtcher Anderson on December 22nd. With this assignment, CCP now manages 560,000 square feet for Alband Road.
