In July, Commonwealth Commercial was pleased to announce the following new hires:

New Hire – Marcus Cooper

We’re pleased to announce an addition to our team, Marcus Cooper, who will fill the position of property accountant. Marcus is a 2021 graduate of Norfolk State University and has experience with financial statement preparation.

New Hire – Noah Reyes

Please help us welcome Noah Reyes to Commonwealth Commercial Partners. He is joining the Sales & Leasing team in the Virginia Beach office, and will focus initially on office, flex, and industrial properties and tenants. Noah graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Finance.

Promotion – Maddison Kunkel

We are excited to announce the promotion of Maddison Kunkel to her new role as Corporate Human Resources Generalist for Commonwealth Lodging. Maddison started her career with CLM in 2018 and has previously worked at both the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, as well as the Delta by Marriott Virginia Beach Bayfront Suites.

Maddison was awarded the 2021 CLM Excellence Award. Congratulations Maddison and thank you for your support and dedication to Commonwealth Lodging.

DCP New Hire – Warren Rutledge

DCP is excited to welcome to the team Senior Project Manager, Warren Rutledge. With 18 years’ experience, Warren adds to DCP’s multifamily/mixed-use, healthcare, office, data center, and retail construction and development portfolio.

New Hire – Scott Messe

DCP is excited to welcome Scott Messe to the team as our newest Superintendent. With 18 years of experience, Scott’s history includes residential project management, iron work, and concrete and tool sales.

New Hire – Melissa Edgin

Please join us in welcoming Melissa Edgin to Commonwealth Commercial Partners as Senior Property Manager in our Tampa office. Melissa is a graduate of Oakland City University in Indiana and is currently pursuing her MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University.

New Hire – Olivia Wahl

Olivia joined Commonwealth Commercial in July 2022 as a Senior Property Manager in Clayton, Missouri. Olivia brings a decade of commercial property management experience to CCP.

New Hire – Ryan DelVecchio

Ryan DelVecchio has joined the DCP Team as Assistant Project Manager. He brings 2 1/2 years of experience in project coordination and management and is a graduate from Virginia Tech with a B.S in Marketing Management.
