New Hire – Noah Ludwig

Please help us welcome Noah Ludwig to Commonwealth Commercial Partners. He is joining the Sales & Leasing team in the Virginia Beach office, and will focus initially on office, flex, and industrial properties and tenants. Noah graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in Real Estate.

Noah graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Finance.

DCP New Hire – Marcus Gillette

Marcus Gillette has joined the DCP team as Assistant Superintendent, and brings six years of experience in residential construction and demolition.

DCP New Hire – Ethan Autry

DCP is thrilled to welcome back to the team our new Assistant Superintendent, Ethan Autry! Ethan was previously a DCP intern and, upon graduation from the Construction Management program at East Carolina University, has officially joined DCP as a full-time employee.

New Hire – Terry Parker
