In October, Commonwealth Commercial was pleased to announce the following new hires:

New Hire – Scott Francis

We are pleased to announce that we have hired Scott Francis as the Managing Director of Texas. He is a licensed broker with 15+ years of experience across myriad asset types, predominantly on the West and Gulf Coasts. As Managing Director, Scott is responsible for third-party business development and oversight of the portfolio. Previously at CBRE, he advised a $55B private equity group on their 52M SF industrial portfolio, located across the US. Scott received his BA from the University of the South (“Sewanee”) and is an active member of CCIM, Urban Land Institute, and IREM. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to Europe with his family and training for his next ultra-marathon.

DCP New Hire – Brittany Williams

DCP is proud to welcome to the team our newest Project Manager, Brittany Williams! Bringing a variety of construction experience across markets such as healthcare and MOB, manufacturing, and labs.

New Hire – Dave Adkins

We are pleased to announce that we have hired Dave Adkins as a new Property Manager for the Hampton Roads Region.  Dave comes to us from Dominion Realty Partners and has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate management.
