As Director of Property Management, Samantha is responsible for overall client relationship management, as well as personnel management of CCP's entire Property Management division. This includes onboarding, training, and mentoring staff in all markets, and overseeing several office locations. Samantha also develops and implements global and project-specific property management policies and procedures.

Samantha first joined CCP in 2013 as a Senior Property Manager based in Nashville, TN. In early 2020, she relocated with her family to Indiana but returned to CCP in December 2021 as a Senior Regional Property Manager. She has since advanced to Director of Property Management. With over 18 years of experience in managing commercial properties—including flex, office, retail, and industrial—Samantha has worked extensively throughout Nashville’s central business district and surrounding submarkets. She has also been an active member of the commercial real estate community, serving on the BOMA Nashville Board for two years and participating in CREW Nashville.
