Aleksandra (“Ola”) joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners in 2008 and has gained her experience in the management of a diverse accounting and financial portfolio during her tenure in the asset management department. In her current role, she is responsible for strategic financial oversight for the company and a key member of the executive leadership team. She participates in developing corporate policies and strategies in the areas of finance, accounting, information technology, employee benefits and 401k, risk mitigation, insurance programs and income tax planning. Additionally, Ola is responsible for overseeing new acquisitions and dispositions to ensure the accuracy and implementation of the company’s strategy. She demonstrates personal commitment to a high level of integrity, knowledge, and professionalism.

Prior to joining CCP’s asset management team in 2008, Aleksandra was a financial analyst for a tenant in common sponsor where she was responsible for performance analysis and pro-forma forecasting. Prior to that, she worked in the hospitality sector for a hotel developer transitioning a Holiday Inn into Crowne Plaza.

Aleksandra graduated from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland with a Masters Degree in Economics and a minor in Econometrics. Since joining CCP, she has successfully completed the ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) requirements.
