My core focus is on land for development—residential, industrial, mixed-use, and beyond—where I bring a strategic, boots-on-the-ground approach to identifying opportunities and navigating complex transactions.
In addition to land, I have extensive experience with building sales, including office, industrial, and retail assets. From owner-user buildings to investment properties, I understand how to position and market properties to maximize value and deliver results. I work closely with buyers and sellers to structure deals that align with their goals, whether it’s growth, disposition, or repositioning.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with developers, investors, institutions, and nonprofits to acquire, entitle, market, and sell land and commercial assets. Whether it’s raw land with potential or an income-producing building ready for a change, I know how to evaluate highest and best use, connect the right stakeholders, and move deals from concept to closing.
Experience
Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Chris worked in marketing and business development for an investment firm in Norfolk, Virginia. Chris was responsible for account management, sales and marketing, lead generation, needs analysis, and post-sale service for multiple regional retail businesses.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and business analytics from Old Dominion University
