In his role as Vice President of Finance, Dan is responsible for overseeing the Financial Analyst functionality within Asset Management. Dan is responsible for the training and development of our other Financial Analysts, soliciting client feedback, improving our tools, and maximizing efficiencies.

Dan has been with Commonwealth Commercial since 2020. Prior to joining the Asset Management team, Dan spent two years in the Accounting Department as a Property Accountant. He was responsible for the accounting functions of over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate assets, following AICPA standards of GAAP, tax accrual, and cash basis methods of financial reporting.

Dan graduated from Radford University in 2018 with a BA in Accounting.
