In his role as a Financial Analyst, Dan oversees the cash management, forecasting, and financial review of several hospitality, office, and industrial assets across the southeast. He works closely with Asset Managers in executing property-level business plans and advising clients on changing forecasted conditions at their properties. This includes constant assumption changes, as shifts in macro-level market fundamentals occur and property-level expenses and contractual revenue expectations change. Dan also works closely with lender coordination on reserve draws, covenant testing, report delivery, and deal analysis as new leasing opportunities arise.

Dan has been with Commonwealth Commercial since 2022 and spent 9 months with Lease Administration before joining the Asset Management team. Prior to CCP, Dan expanded his knowledge and understanding of the real estate and property management industry working for Liberty Property Trust, Prologis, and Workspace Property Trust over an 8-year period. His experience grew from leasing multi-family residential spaces and coordinating commercial tenant services, to managing the day-to-day operation of 800,000 square feet of office and flex properties with Workspace and 2 million square feet of industrial properties with Liberty and Prologis.

Dan graduated from James Madison University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication and a Minor in Music Industry.
