As Managing Director of Nashville Property Management, David is responsible for oversight of the current property portfolio, implementation of the company’s property acquisition and development strategy, third party business development, operational budgets and reporting and employee recruitment and development.

David joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners in 2022. David has spent his entire career within the Property and Asset Management side of commercial real estate starting as property administrator. He has a passion for listening and meeting clients needs to maximize value for their assets. His background is very diverse and includes management of office, retail, industrial, owner’s association and medical office ranging from institutional clients to family partnerships. Prior to joining Commonwealth, David was the market leader at CBRE for Property Management in Nashville where he oversaw 15 million SF of office, industrial and retail portfolio and lead a team of 40+ real estate managers and engineer personnel.

David received his B.S. degree in Economics with a minor in Marketing from The University of Tennessee in 2002. He holds a State of Tennessee and Kentucky Real Estate License, awarded in 2006.
