As Managing Director of the Carolinas, Dave is responsible for the supervision of the property management teams of the existing portfolio, operational budgets and reporting, employee recruitment and development, third party business development, due-diligence consulting, development strategy, and implementation of the company’s property acquisition.

Experience
Dave joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners in 2026 after working in the Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte regions as a senior vice president. He has been fully engaged in the Carolinas commercial real estate markets for over 25 years focusing on agency representation, asset/investment management, and property management. His cornerstone philosophy has been on client advocacy and asset enhancement. He is an experienced and proven leader in the industry.
Education
Dave received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development from the College of William and Mary. He holds a State of North Carolina Real Estate License.
