Ethan joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners in May of 2025, focusing on industrial properties. At Commonwealth, Ethan provides support to investors, tenants, and occupiers in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial assets to suit their real estate needs. Leveraging prior business development efforts and project management engagements representing and advising clients, Ethan creates value for clients with a diverse skill set and relentless work ethic.

Prior to Commonwealth, Ethan worked at Turner & Townsend in New York City, where he was a Project Analyst on multiple complex real estate projects for international clients. In his spare time, Ethan likes to spend time outdoors, spend time with family and friends, listen to live music, and read.
