Experience
Hartley joined Commonwealth Commercial Retail Sales & Leasing Team in August 2024. Prior to Commonwealth, he graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2023 where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business and was a member of the Division 1 lacrosse program. He then received a Graduate Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2024 where he also played Division 1 lacrosse.
His primary focus is generating relationships through Retail Brokerage Services, Landlord representation, or Tenant/Buyer representation.
His passions are his faith, his family, his dog, and being outside, whether it is playing golf, tennis, or coaching lacrosse.
