Hunter first joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2010 and was instrumental in the Company’s growth in Virginia, and in its expansion into other markets during his tenure through 2017. Hunter rejoined CCP in December of 2020 and is the Director of Property Management. His responsibilities include leading client transitions and overall financial management.

Over the course of his career at CCP, he has served in many different property management roles and has extensive operations knowledge in multiple commercial asset types. Previously, Hunter has been a Property Manager, Director of Asset Transitions, and Director of Tenant Services. In these various roles, Hunter has managed teams throughout the U.S. and has overseen all operational aspects of multiple portfolios, including office, industrial, medical and flex assets. His most recent role was Director of Property Management at NewLink Management Group.

Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston in 2006
