Jamie is a Partner and Senior Vice President specializing in landlord leasing, tenant representation, buyer/seller representation, development, and consulting services in Virginia. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Jamie is a trusted team player known for understanding the unique aspect of every client’s real estate goal and delivering results.
Consistently one of the top producing agents in Richmond and in the firm, Jamie’s experience includes working with tenants/purchasers to assist them with site selection/identifying future office locations, lease audits, lease negotiations, purchase negotiations. Working with landlords and property owners to fill their vacancies, sell their buildings, and add value to their bottom line by increasing operating income. Over $450,000,000 worth of Real Estate transactions closed since 2011.
Jamie represents a diverse range of clients, from corporate entities to family offices to non-profits, in various real estate transactions.
Jamie is not only dedicated to his professional career but also deeply committed to giving back to his community. Jamie proudly serves in a variety of capacities in his role on the boards of directors for The Virginia War Memorial Foundation and The Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
In 2024, Jamie earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which is held by fewer than 6% of all real estate practitioners worldwide. Designees must pass a rigorous series of courses, submit a portfolio of qualifying experience, and pass a comprehensive exam. In his spare time, you can find Jamie reading, on a boat, in a jiu-jitsu gym, or spending time with his family.

Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 1998, with a major in Economics
3-year letterman on nationally-ranked lacrosse team
