Jim has been in the commercial real estate business since 1991 and has been with Commonwealth Commercial since 2001. He is Senior Vice President/Partner of Commonwealth Commercial where he is head of the Retail Department.

Jim was Commonwealth Commercial’s Top Producer for 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. He handles the leasing for shopping centers managed by Commonwealth Commercial, some of which include: Cary Court Shopping Center, Kings Charter, Autoport, West Point Station, and Hanover Square North and South. He handles negotiations for Sauer Properties, Park Properties, The Restaurant Company, and various Land Developers.

He has also applied his leadership skills to his community where he serves numerous organizations. Jim’s passions are his family, his dogs and enjoying the outdoors, whether it is fishing, hunting, golfing, tennis or just admiring nature’s beauty.
