Corporate Responsibilities
As President of Commonwealth Commercial, Ken is responsible for the operational and long-term planning for all company functions, including strategy and allocation of resources, as well as leading the firm’s real estate investment-related activities.
Experience
Ken’s career with CCP began in Property Management in 2005 and steadily evolved into real estate asset management, institutional investing, and into the President role in 2016. He has co-founded nine different subsidiary companies that are controlled by CCP and has enjoyed watching CCP grow into a leading full-service commercial real estate firm with 16 locations conducting business across the United States. With extensive experience in structuring real estate acquisitions and developments, Ken maintains strategic relationships with our institutional investor partners and manages a team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing on new acquisitions an development projects. In his career, he has led and structured over $1 billion in transactions.
Education
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts, with majors of Mathematical Economics and Economics and Commerce, from Hampden-Sydney College in 2005.
Accomplishments
Ken holds a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License and holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Ken is a current Board Member of YPO Virginia and sits on various committees and boards of several other organizations.
