Corporate Responsibilities
As Senior Investment Associate, Lindell plays a central role in driving Commonwealth's acquisition and development pipeline. He is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, managing the end-to-end underwriting and due diligence process, and supporting capital formation efforts across both equity and debt.
