As Asset Manager, Logan oversees investor relations, reporting, and lender compliance, managing performance across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets throughout the Southeastern region. She collaborates with property management and leasing teams to improve operational efficiency, increase asset value, and promote long-term growth across multiple markets.

Logan brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to her role. Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial Partners in 2026, she led property management operations across Central Virginia, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail and office assets. In this capacity, she directed financial performance, capital planning, tenant relations, and operational strategy. Her leadership and operational excellence earned both Property Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year honors.

Logan earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies with a minor in Real Estate Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
