Maddie joined Commonwealth Commercial’s Sales and Leasing team in July 2025, where her primary focus is office brokerage across the Richmond market. She works with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers to help them navigate their real estate needs with confidence and clarity. Detail-oriented and passionate about building relationships, she brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every client interaction.

Maddie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a minor in Business. Her background includes hands-on sales experience with Virginia Green and serving as Recruitment Director for her sorority, roles that strengthened her leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active.
