As Managing Director of Hampton Roads region of Virginia, Melody is responsible for the strategic growth, recruitment and development of the Property Management Team, oversight of the current property portfolio, maintaining quality assurance and operational consistency with all property owner/clients within the assigned market(s).

Prior to joining Commonwealth in 2023, Melody worked with Cushman Wakefield/Thalhimer, where she successfully oversaw a market of 5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets. Melody has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate starting as a tenant service coordinator; her background includes management of office, retail, mix use, industrial, and medical office ranging from institutional clients to family partnerships.
