Experience

Robbie is a Senior Associate within the Sales & Leasing group. He specializes in office and industrial brokerage services relating to landlord leasing, tenant representation, and buyer/seller representation. Robbie has worked in Commercial Real Estate for 6 years as both a financial analyst and a broker. During his two years as financial analyst, Robbie underwrote over $1 billion in asset valuations, providing guidance and insight on market conditions across multiple commercial product types (i.e. office, industrial, retail, and multi-family). Since then, Robbie has worked in brokerage and has produced roughly $10 million in completed transactions and has represented buildings encompassing over 1 million square feet. The combination of these two roles has given Robbie a deep understanding of the real estate market and its intricacies. 


In 2025, Robbie completed his Master's Degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance at Georgetown University, deepening his expertise in commercial real estate. He has deep roots in Virginia, both growing up here and attending the University of Virginia. Robbie lives by the Company’s core values of integrity and personal reliability, and uses these traits to deliver results for his clients’ real estate aspirations.
