As Managing Director of Nashville Sales and Leasing, Rob is responsible for the management, operation, profitability, and growth of the brokerage service line for Nashville. His other responsibilities include business development, training, and recruitment.

Experience
Rob has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development across many industries. Prior to CCP, he was the Vice President & Managing Director of Acquisitions with Flagship Healthcare Properties. There he led the business development efforts on sourcing medical office (MOB), ambulatory surgery center (ASC) acquisition and development opportunities, as well as third-party property management engagements. Before that, Rob worked at Harrod Healthcare Real Estate (HHRE) where he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development where he opened and developed a Nashville location for the organization. His focus was sourcing new development opportunities within the healthcare and general office sectors. Rob’s background is truly diverse and includes executive level management experience in healthcare, distribution, strategic planning, and commercial real estate.
Education
Rob received his B.S. degree in Biology with a minor in Mathematics from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2001. He also earned his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Belmont University in 2008. He holds a State of Tennessee Brokers and Real Estate License, awarded in 2020.
