As Managing Director of Florida and Georgia, Scott is responsible for oversight of the current property portfolio, operational budgets and reporting, employee recruitment and development, third party business development, due diligence consulting development strategy, and implementation of the company’s property acquisition.

Scott joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners in 2014. Scott has spent his entire career in various segments of the real estate industry including real estate banking, loan workout and restructuring, construction and development, asset/investment management and property management. Scott strives to maximize clients’ objectives and investment value and has a successful track record in doing so working with both large institutional investors and smaller, private investors.

Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. He holds a State of Florida Real Estate License.

Scott is an active participant in industry organizations including BOMA, NAIOP and the Real Estate Investment Council.
