Stern joins us as a recent graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Business Marketing. At Commonwealth, he is focused on Retail leasing and sales. As a new resident to the Richmond area, he comes bringing a wealth of knowledge and insights on the Fredericksburg market. 

Stern kickstarted his career at Johnson Realty Advisors as an intern. He is steadfast in his creative approach to the world and is excited to dive into the Commercial Real scene. Out of the office you can find Stern on the golf course, at a concert, or watching the Commanders.
