Todd joined Commonwealth Commercial’s Retail Sales & Leasing Team in January 2024. He brings with him 8 years of collective experience in various realms of commercial real estate. His primary focus is retail brokerage services involving Landlord leasing, Tenant representation, and Buyer/Seller representation. Todd is focused on creating clarity, negotiating and engineering complex transactions, and helping create solutions that help his clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Todd worked as a Sales & Leasing Associate at Joyner Commercial. During his time there, Todd conducted transactions with national and regional brands such as Cold Stone Creamery, Sentara Health, Virginia Credit Union, and Dollar Tree, as well as many other small and local companies.
