Will has been with the Commonwealth Commercial Asset Management team since 2015. During his time at Commonwealth Commercial, Will has managed over 4.2 million square feet of commercial real estate assets located in Virginia, North Carolina, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Nevada, Illinois, and Florida markets. Will’s experience includes an array of asset types to include: office, industrial, and retail. He is responsible for the oversight of investor relations and reporting, portfolio performance, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and plays an active role in business development. Will has played an instrumental role in the disposition of 3 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets located in the Virginia, North Carolina, Missouri, and Ohio markets. Additionally, Will has taken a lead role in developing 475,000 square feet of industrial assets for Commonwealth Commercial Partners. He also has been engaged in development and construction consulting services for third party clients.

Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Will spent six years with Bon Secours Health System, Inc. As their Commercial Asset Manager, he was responsible for leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, he oversaw the management of 2 million square feet of medical & general office properties for Bon Secours Virginia. Prior to that, Will was an Associate at Grubb & Ellis | Harrison & Bates where he specialized in commercial office leasing and sales.

Will graduated from The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with degrees in Finance & Real Estate.
