Commonwealth Commercial Partners has been awarded the facility management of two new Medical Office Buildings in Orlando, FL.

These two properties are located in the South Orlando/Kissimmee submarket and were acquired by an affiliate of Cleveland-based Woodside Health.

The Town Loop MOB totals 26,000 square feet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Parkway MOB contains 23,000 square feet.

 

 

 

 

 

These new assignments expand our relationship with this ownership group and is a testament to the quality service being provided by Eric Tatro and his team in Jacksonville, where we manage another project for this client.
